Winter Solstice Sound Healing at the Effie

Join husband and wife duo, Quinton and Kendra Armstrong for the longest night of the year to release what is no longer serving you and experience an expansive, meditative journey through sound healing.
Reiki master, reflexologist and sound healer, Kendra will guide you through breath work as she plays quartz cystal and tibetan singing bowls. Professional musician, Quinton will play relaxing and psychedelic guitar riffs with a variety of pedals.
