Loops Performs Live at the Effie Arts Collective

8 pm, Nov. 5, the local musician Loops will be performing live at the Effie Arts Collective. LooPS consists of both lead vocalist Kevin Roy and instrumentalist/vocalist Jon Fennell. They are currently preparing an album release.
