An award-winning, singer-songwriter and recording artist Kira has developed and nurtured her passion for music through-out her life.  Social work and human justice are her other loves and those experiences contribute to her writing with her seven piece world fusion dance act Earthbound and the newest project, an organic electronica act called Deep In Roots.  Kira has shared the stage with the likes of Andrew Allen, Kyprios, 5 Alarm Funk, Colin James and toured her solo act with Mihirangi (New Zealand’s Queen of Beats) in Australia.  The welcoming arts scene in Kamloops is something Kira is thankful for and encourages anyone who loves to create to jump right in because the water is fine!
