Formed originally in 2006 performing at The Central Station. New members Martin Brenner and Jonas Tucker were added in 2008 performing at On The Rocks and The Dufferin. Steve Weisgerber joined the band in late 2011 on guitar and finally got a distortion pedal to rock out properly. Jason Staruiala guest appeared several times on drums/ vocals prior to officially joining the band in 2015 and Jonas Tucker transitioned to rhythm guitar. In Verse have gone on the road on a handful of occasions and are always looking for another gig.
