Jazz Concert & Jam Session featuring Campbell Ryga

Bastion Education Productions is new to the City of Kamloops, and is pleased to be partnering with The Effie Arts Collective to create a new Concert & Jam Session series on the First Monday of each month.
What better way to kick things off than to invite Canadian Jazz icon (and now Kamloops resident!) saxophonist Campbell Ryga to join local mainstay Kris Ruston and his trio on The Effie stage.
The quartet will start at 7pm, and a jam session begins at 815pm. It’s not everyday you’re able to trade lines and make music with a musician of Campbell’s calibre, this is a special opportunity. Players of all levels and ages are encouraged (and loudly supported) to bring their instruments.
