Cantabile Singers of Kamloops Presents “Carmina Naturae”

On April 9th, The Cantabile Singers of Kamloops present a concert of music that has all been inspired by nature and the natural world. Join them for beautiful musical depictions of clouds floating through the air, birds taking flight, rivers flowing through the land, stars shining in the night sky and more.
The programme features choral arrangements of Canadiana classics like Four Strong Winds and Cape Breton Lullaby, works by the immensely popular contemporary choral composers Eric Whitacre and Ola Gjeilo, and the Kamloops premiere of a work by local composer and choir music director Ryan Noakes.

The performance will be approximately 1 hour long, without an intermission. To ensure the comfort of all our audience members, the singers will be wearing masks for the performance.
